Santa Ana Elderly Center

The Santa Ana Pueblo called on Elizabeth Suina and her previous company CORE, Ltd. to assist with renovations at the Senior Center in January 2007.  We teamed up with Star Construction to provide design/build services.  Star Construction had previously completed the renovations to the Day Care Center which were designed by Elizabeth Suina at CORE, Ltd.  Because Star Construction had worked so well with CORE, Ltd. at the previous project, the team was selected unanimously. 

Elizabeth Suina while at CORE, Ltd. worked closely with the Senior Center staff to understand and implement their needs for the addition.  This coordination included several meetings with staff and the Pueblo's elderly contingent.  The addition suited the need for more dining, craft and living areas.  A formal entry with ADA access and a rear portal with exterior patio were also included. We provided construction drawings and construction administration for the Senior Center Addition.
